Dark cloud I can't escape you,

you stalk my life each day..

No matter how I beg you not to,

You make sure to cause dismay..

You know I tread on thin ice,

grasping what happiness I can find..

You use soft words and act nice..

but you're making me lose my mind..

You won't let your own demons go,

and you can't let me fight my own...

Dark cloud you have to know,

Into despair you have me thrown?

Dark cloud needs me to be a sunny day,

but dark cloud brings me the rain...

My sunshine- dark cloud takes a way,

and replaces it with all their pain...

Dark cloud seeks me out just to bring me down,

Never caring if I am holding on by a thread..

Dark cloud you make me stare at the ground..

and wish I was buried and dead.

I can't even be sad, for you make it all about you...

and I am so sorry that my sadness made you blue..

You make me your reason for happiness, You make me your reason for despair

I must cure all of your sadness

while my own misery is still there...

Don't I dare be happy, and don't I dare have fun

For dark cloud isn't happy and doesn't have fun..dark cloud is the storm I can never outrun..
